Italian Wine Scholar class at the Texas Wine School. Rosato made w/ 100% Negromaro. All stainless steel, no oak. Very pale salmon. Med+, enticing aromas of pomegranate, wild strawberry, blood orange, red plum. Dry, but with plenty of juicy, sweet ripe fruit. Med acidity & alcohol (12%), w/ a hint of tannin on the finish. Med body, flavor intensity & length. Very juicy, fresh and quaffable, w/ a characteristic, slight Negro Amaro bitterness on the finish helping to add structure. Drink now, not intended for aging.
