A lush green able note on the nose. And lush on the palate. Again, very engaging, both in flavors and texture. Just a bit of a hardness on the back but that must be my palate these days. This is some pretty darn interesting Rueda going on right here. Martin Sancho is the name of the vineyard and apparently this is the ancestral vineyard for all of Verdejo. Rapports viscosity and a long finish I am being told, and there it is.

Refreshing Verdejo; a good everyday-drinking option.
A little bit honeyed, tartness, not watery.
