Degustacion Gran Reserva (Miami, FL): Gold colored and almost effervescent in appearance. This has a nice bouquet of warm fruits such as melon and guavas. Palate is crisp and piquant with a solid body reminiscent of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, although much more refined and versatile for its capability to perform as an appetizer or dessert wine.

Aroma of wet straw and pear, with a light stoniness. Bone dry with lively acidity -- green apple and gooseberry notes.

Bibendum Spanish Tasting: Pear and pineapple with some grassy notes. Good mix of sweet fruit and bright acidity. Not overly deep but good flavour.
