  Pale lemon. On the nose medium (-) intensity of lemon, lime, grapefruit, blossom, fresh cut herbs, white peach, brioche, melon. On the palate the wine is dry with medium + acidity, medium body, medium alcohol. Flavor intensity is medium with lemon, lime, grapefruit, blossom, fresh cut herbs, white peach, brioche, melon. Medium plus finish with white peach, blossom. Very good wine demonstrating balance, complexity and length on the finish.

  Grapefruit and grapefruit pith with hints of apple, pear, and verbena over subtle minerality and racy acidity. Medium finish of the same. Paired well with a spicy Latin-fusion dish. Not great QPR unless you love this style of wine.

  Classics of Spain Tasting (Plum Market - Chicago IL): Walk around tasting, small glass. Light to start, then more dense and interesting from the middle through finish. Apple throughout with good weight and balance. Fun now.
