  Lovely chard - blinded as a cool-climate mid-range CA chard from a good producer (got the price about right.) Held up just fine and even improved in the fridge over a few days. Fresh apples, lemon curd, a bit of seashell, not "buttery" but with a touch of white bread. Decent integrated acidity and some real depth. Not super revelatory, but still super solid QPR.

  Acidic, reductive and a bit short on the palate. Citrus with tropical notes. Shared with wife and daughter. Tasty, yes initially, but the wine did not improve with time. By the end of dinner was just too much to bear. Did not have last sip.

  Shiny pale gold with green tint. Citrus, tropical fruits and minerality. Thin and dull. It was too commercial.
