  • Lovely chard - blinded as a cool-climate mid-range CA chard from a good producer (got the price about right.) Held up just fine and even improved in the fridge over a few days. Fresh apples, lemon curd, a bit of seashell, not "buttery" but with a touch of white bread. Decent integrated acidity and some real depth. Not super revelatory, but still super solid QPR.

  • A bit young. Nicely integrated oak. Good balance.

  • Acidic, reductive and a bit short on the palate. Citrus with tropical notes. Shared with wife and daughter. Tasty, yes initially, but the wine did not improve with time. By the end of dinner was just too much to bear. Did not have last sip.

    Opposite of “moreish”.

  • Shiny pale gold with green tint. Citrus, tropical fruits and minerality. Thin and dull. It was too commercial.

  • Lovely wine... most enjoyable and rewarding.

Clear bright yellow color, on the intense side of the spectrum.

Medium body. Medium acidity. Very balanced. Nicely mineral.

Nicely aromatic, green tree fruits and citrus.

Rich and full on the palate, without being too complex. Citrus, lemon, peach, pear, apple, melon then honey, butter, vanilla, stone, minerals.

As I wrote, really great wine... in Israel it us priced quite high so when it comes to VFM... I saw much better.

Still I am glad I bought it.

    Cheers 🥂🥂

  • Medium nose shows green pear, green apple, white flower, lemon pith. Palate more expressive, nice layers of citrus, hints of lees, round style but not opulent like some PF. Finish does quite well, nice value.

  • This pours medium straw in the glass with faint flecks of green toward the rim. The nose begins a tad tight opening with air time to reveal a fairly open and classical white burgundy profile, but clearly nothing more than what you might expect from the humble appellation. The nose is of lemon, pear, butterscotch, and a whiff of custard. The palate reveals noted oak character, but with very refreshing medium plus acid. Minerality is very light and almost not present. Also not terribly reductive either. All in all this is an enjoyable bottle designed for current consumption at the table.
