  • This was a pop and pour at the restaurant. We gave it some air at first to let it open up as much as possible. The nose is fresh and red-fruit driven with strawberries, crushed rocks, raspberries, violets, roasted herbs, savory tones, flint, menthol, tobacco notes, rose petals, and juniper berries. The Full-bodied feel is robust, yet balanced with tart, high acidity and youthful, high tannins. The structure is painfully youthful, but there is also a real lovely wine underneath it all. The nose is perfumed and fresh with good depth and style. This was a great spot to check in and I would love to come across this again in 10-odd years.
