100% Garganega. Light golden color. Quite mineral driven on both the nose and palate. Additional aromas and flavors of white flowers, almonds, green apple and lemon/lime. The fruit is secondary. It is all about the tertiary notes. Medium bodied with nice texture and mouthfeel. Crisp acidity. Good palate cleanser.

Let's try this wine that everyone has been recommending to me lately. The color is truly captivating, a fairly rich straw yellow with great clarity and liveliness. The nose is the real calling card, lots of white flesh fruit, citrus, and a beautiful flower garden with some almond notes to complete a beautiful and complex bouquet. The mineral notes of this wine come out especially in the aftertaste; in the mouth, it has beautiful acidity and saltiness that make it very easy to drink. The body is medium, and its gracefulness is its true strength. However, the persistence falls somewhat short of what my expectations were, and at times, it comes across as a bit 'technical' and lacking in personality. Definitely an excellent wine to pair with raw or cooked fish dishes but without overly complex sauces.

Bottle a very reasonable 1166g. Screwcap. Moderately intense aromas of ripe Meyer lemon and some pineapple, also rubber. Dry, with moderate acidity, light to medium-bodied, 12% abv. Less fruity on the palate, saline but smooth, not crunchy, kind of loose and unstructured on the finish.

Bottle a responsible 1163g. Stelvin closure. Moderately intense aromas of yellow fruit, lemon, pineapple, floral top note. Dry, with moderate crystalline acidity, light to medium-bodied, 12% abv. Smooth but not as round as a fuller-bodied Soave. Quite saline. Refreshing.
