  Pale gold, with a nose of citrus, hazelnuts and oak spice. The citrus is that of a warm lemon drink, so expecting some heat on the palate. Cinnamon oak, lemons, orange peel and spiced honey palate, so slightly exotic with a warming finish. Very solar on opening, I will give it some air and see if it calms down, for now serve slightly chilled 17.75
