Purchased as a library release from the winery; this was very tasty; the cork had an excellent seal and this tasted really quite primary and young; bright, but ripe red berry fruits explode out of the glass with some underlying baking spice, floral notes, and just a hint of damp earth. The palate is very fresh and has great fruit as well as good concentration and a lovely finish. Surprised by how young this showed, blind I'd probably have guessed 2014. Will be interesting to see if the other bottle is similar or if this was just a case of a great cork.

Popped and poured. Aromas of red fruit and menthol. Vibrant flavors of Regal Crown sour cherry and minerals up front, earthy elements in the finish. Firm acids, vibrant fruit, linear, great staying power.
This is absolutely singing right now, giving the lie to the current CT drinking window ending in 2013.

PNP. Dark red fruit, bing cherry. Still vibrant fruit, matched with earthy mushrooms, and a bit of cinnamon. Still going strong

Not past its prime at all. Supple fruit, just enough acid to go well with our meal. Very good.
