Had to open one of these early, and just get a sense.
Beautiful green/straw color on this, and a nose of melon, grass and herbs. Palate is round and forceful. Delivers honeydew, lime, and herbal jalapeño note. Finishes with a brine and cucumber note. Will be drinking my remaining bottles with Washington Oysters as it seems like prefect pair.
