Delicious. This bottle was in perfect condition. Give it some air if you have some time. Dark gold color. Still minerality & acid holding the wine together nicely. Maybe a few years left if you still have aome.

In a very good window. Decanted for 2 hours. Mature nose of rubber, wax candles, burnt matches. Very good balance in the mouth, but what really makes this a stunning wine is the finish. Not only does it have a lingering finish in terms of acidity, but there is a buttery fat finish which sets in 10-20 seconds after you have swallowed, amazing sensation, which I have sometimes experienced in old Lafon Maursault, but this is really very pure and long. Last bottle, wish I had more!!

Again a great bottle. Took 5 hours to open up completely. Needs to be served at 14c at least. Very young and fresh with sweet tropical fruits a la banana but also butter and lemon on top. Fresh acidity which makes up for a great mouth feel and good balance. Great vintage for Puligny!
