  2~3시간 병브리딩 후 마셨는데 일단 가죽향에 붉은 과실의 느낌이 지배적이면서 산도도 좋았다. 다만 아쉬운점은 좀 일찍 마셨다는거? 브리딩하고 최대한 천천히 시음했음에도 여전히 영한 느낌을 완벽하게 지울 수 없어서 최소 2~3년 더 셀러링 하고 마셨으면 더 맛있었지 않을까 싶다. 하지만 컨트롤만 잘 한다면 지금도 나름대로의 매력이 있어서 좋다.

  Not sure I am drinking the same wine as the tasting note just before mine. This is not purple but translucent red grape juice that almost looks like a village Burg. or actual cranberry juice. Based on the light color, I was concerned it would be watery and diluted. Thankfully, the color does not tell the entire story. While young and primary, this is a very clean and pure wine with minimal oak that could benefit from 3-5 more years in bottle. Pure Sangiovese in the glass. Some white pepper on the finish. Decant for 2 hours if you choose to drink now.

  The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, raisin and cherry. The body is medium/full. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.

  This was incredibly good despite being so young and with further upside potential. Poured a medium ruby, with fresh aromatics of red berry fruit, baking spices, sandalwood, mineral, and some herbal and floral background notes. Beautiful mid-weight palate replete with energy and a long, penetrating finish. A glass left in the bottle still drank great 3 days after opening. It's not often my tastes align with WS reviews but in this case it most certainly does. A beautiful wine.
