  I like this stuff! Very pale yellow. Herbs and bell pepper in the nose, much like a cooler climate Sauvignon Blanc, tho not nearly as aggressive as a New Zealand or Sancerre. Might be confused with a Menetou-Salon if tasted blind. Some salt along with grassy herbs in the taste — perhaps seaweed? — understandable given its eastern Mediterranean island influence. Very fresh.
