  Interesting wine. A very warm nose and palate of tropical rich scents especially pineapple is supported by a green underlying vein and enough acidity to make it interesting. On the palate the note of freshly cut pineapple is very evident and the impression of warmth is confirmed, the wine feels almost oily. Then a note of salt, very strong mineral salt. Salty freshly cut pineapple. Then the green underlying note follows delivering a touch of bitterness that disappears after decanting for a bit, which is highly recommended. The mix of flavors in the wine makes it very pleasant, it needs another 6 months to a year in the bottle to complete its maturity. After that, not sure where the wine is headed. The warmth of the wine and just enough acidity to support it suggests early consumption. I am aware that most reports (such as Decanter) picture 2021 as a vintage delivering fresh acidic and lean wines in Chablis. I could not see much of that in this bottle except that green underlying vein. I found this particular bottling quite opulent instead.
