Pinotpalooza (Carriageworks, Redfern): medium minus intensity aromas are meaty with wild ferment, blue and black fruits, baking spice. On the palate it has touch chewy tannins drying but silky textured. Not much fruit here. Time? It's already 4 years old. Meh
