Big Burgundy Tasting (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Stone fruit, sweet spice, touch of leesy richness, contained oak. Nice nose. A touch of green apples joins the stone fruit on the palate, whisper of tannic burr, simple but nice.

Lemon hue with a hint of gold, medium intensity. Young, medium(-) intensity nose. "Broad", rather neutral and restrained aroma, except for some vinegar-like VA. On the palate dry, medium(+) acidity, medium body. 13%. Roundish with thick, oily texture, and a nice lift. Good length with lemons. Follows over four days, best day 3 and 4; cleaner, more developed, more expressive, yet integrated. Very nice.
Chardonnay grapes from three vineyards around Puilly-Fuissé, rich on limestone. Fermented and stored separately in stainless steel, before blending and bottling.

Drack till fisksoppa med lite hetta. Gott och det blev lite sött och mycket grillad citron.

You can say what you want but the quality price point of this wine is spot on. Great wine with a long finish.

Nose: Peach, pineapple, lemon, mineral.
Palate: High acid, dry mid-palate, some lemon and a stony finish.
Feels a bit green and unripe.
