  Medium Golden color, the slightly reductive nose shows golden apples, pear, white flowers, peach with secondary characteristics of honey, beeswax, petrichor, sea spray and slight oak rounding out the edges.
  
  Very elegant entry, lean, soft and rounded fruit flavors are quickly braced by chalky minerality and high acid. Delicious right now, it will not take long to reach it’s drinking window either. Decently long saline finish and very Chablis in style.
