  Glass: Stölzle Universal
  Dense, complex, deep. Clear fruit, fresh, good acidity, medium length. Safe ageing potential. 90-91+

  Color: medium gols
  Nose: sour almond, kumquat, acacia flowers, lime zest, hint of toffee, boxwood
  Palate: medium-high acidity, medium-full body. Good balance, though youth is evident In a hint of alcohol bite. Very intense, big wine
  Finish: medium
  
  This is young right now, but it is one of those wines where it is impossible to argue that it is not made excellently. I will give the next bottle a couple years. For now, cool not cold and 2h of air recommended

  Medium yellow gold. Very tight, only opens up slowly. Shy fruit (apple, peach, nectarine, lime, and melon), chamomile, yeast, oak spice, smoke and mineral notes, with medium-level acidity and good length. Feels heavy, and oaky and rustic, lacking integration. Needs time, but should come together eventually. Hold, and start drinking from 2026. 89(++)(?)

  Vinificazione
  Vendemmia e selezione delle uve manuali. Pigiatura delicata a grappolo intero e sfecciatura per sedimentazione naturale. Fermentazione lenta a temperatura controllata in botti di legno grandi (30 hl). Fermentazione malolattica parziale (solo per le uve Pinot bianco e Chardonnay), e affinamento per 12 mesi sui lieviti fini in botti di legno grandi . Assemblaggio tre mesi prima di imbottigliare.
