Elegant cranberry and strawberry fruit but almost hidden behind a powerful intensity and acidity. It will improve highly over time and would benefit for at least 5 years aging. It does however still taste amazing, even with the slightly subdued aromatics. Absolutely stunning wine.

Mount Etna (Hinchcliff house, Young Street): Medium plus intensity aromas of a little oak, slight cream, sour red fruits, sweet spice, rocky minerality. Juicy, fleshy, slight sour red fruits, plenty of persistent talc textured tannic grip, fruit travels long with this. Nice
