Peter Jakob Kühn wines admittedly never disappoint, but I am somehow always surprised by how damn good even the entry-level ones are. Such intensity and complexity on the nose and the longer I left it sitting in my glass, the more interesting it became. The palate is zingy, refreshing and possesses all of the qualities a riesling freak could possibly hope for. The finish is bright, beautiful and quite endless. I would definitely buy this again (and by the case, no less, especially since this stands to age gorgeously for quite some time to come!)
PALATE: Sweetness: dry Acidity: high Alcohol: medium Body: medium Intensity: medium (+) Flavors: lime, green apple, white peach, lemon, lemon zest, crushed stone, baking spices, hint of salt Finish: long
CONCLUSIONS: Quality level: very good Potential for ageing: can drink now but has excellent potential for further ageing

Walk around tasting, so just short notes.: More concentrated and dry than the previous wines, focused, minerals, some bitterness, good acidity and length.
