  Rose & Arrow Dinner (RPM Steak - Chicago IL): Basically identical to when tasted at the winery in Nov 2021. So much like the Black Walnut, but even brighter textures supporting the bright red fruit, resulting in a longer finish. Kept getting bigger and better with more time in glass.
  
  A second bottle was half finished, so I re-inserted the cork and refrigerated it for almost two full days, at which point it lost some of its brightness and luster, but was almost the same as the night opened.
