  Crisp with citrus. Citrus mellowed a certain but after awhile vs almost overpowering on first pour.

  NOSE: A lash of lemon. Clastic B vitamins and chalk. Stiff weeds in the background. Sweet salt. MOUTH: glossy, dry, strolling action. Compact. Pure. Fossilized acidity. A telltale bitter statement on the finish is shrouded in comfortable fabric. I can't imagine a better all-purpose sandwich wine.
