  violet, peach, strong apricot, banana, mango, fennel, dried fruit, cheese,
  
  excellent balance, excellent intensity, medium complexity, excellent length/aftertaste,
  excellent quality
  
  Reminds me of sake, very full and ripe. Keeps me with a taste of dried apricot in my mouth for a long time.
