  Vanilla slathered banana chips and dried coconut shavings. All oak and no joke. There is also a spearmint tinge on the finish that, along with the lumber, washes over what would be the expression of the core fruit. Best to let this thing gnaw on its wood chips for the next decade in hopes it'll eventually integrate into a more amalgamated beast. For now, it's all confection and kindling.
