Savagnin that comes from the plots "Gaillard" and "Château Gimont" in the municipality of Montigny-lès-Arsures, with gray marl floors. It ferments and breeds oak barrels for 9 months. Ripe white fruit, floral, honey, mineral, dried fried, spicy, vanilla, fatty, fresh and with a wonderful vivacity, elegant, friendly and long.

Medium intensity with green apple, wet stone, elderflower, tangerine. High acidity, medium+ finish. Too young I guess, the wine was not entirely in balance

Pale lemon colour. Medium and developing nose with yellow apples, ripe lemon, wool, wet stone and white flowers. Medium (-) taste of yellow apples, ripe lemon, wool, wet stone, oil and salty sea. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Savagnin. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.

Non-oxidative style. Very high acidity which probably will soften with time. Otherwise, rather a simple composition.
