  • Pnp then retasted after few days protected by argon gas. Light foggy hue. The first nose was the worst i ever had, then becomes more usual for an organic wine with sweat grenadine and cherry, that warn you that the palate is gonna be Woodstock the third day.... This palate is clearly ran over by acidity (that i usually like) , then british cherry sweat and kind of chemical, nail varnish, then roots, radish, a hint of liquorice stick and very light leather. The wine is on a vegetal style mostly with an uncontrolled acidity. Actually nothing is settled in this wine, neither the grape type, neither the vintage ; and this is sincerely written on the label; "chaotic vintage, blend of gamay, enfariné and clones ... Labet is a master, not a genius. Let's give a second chance in five years, or more ? For those who drag a six case pack, hin hin.
