90% Pinot, 10% Chard, 3 years on the lees. Smells a little bit earthy and a touch funky, but here it is. Richer on the palate, more weight, but I think I prefer the Blanc de BLancs, but again, both should be filed under nothing not to like.

Recently reviewed the 2019, the 2020 is richer, more complex, more seductive. The charm - and challenge - of many wines is the taste which cannot be identified; hazelnut, Meyer lemon, dusty biscuit, like challenge of an appealing stranger's stare from across the room.
