  Es un genio, como perfectamente sabes. Por supuesto estoy hablando de Telmo Rodríguez: ex-Remelluri, Lanzaga, Matallana, Gaba do Xil, Al Muvedre, Molino Real,... En esta botella, he tenido que esperar años por sus 15º. El resultado, después de una hora respirando, es una Garnacha domada en un color púrpura vivo. En nariz, cerezas, lápiz, grafito, dulces, ... todavía un vino potente en boca pero elegante, largo, lleno de notas a pizarra de verdad. Un vino excelente con alma.

  Decant; spicy/hot to start, developed nicely over the dinner (approx. 2-3hrs). Tart cherry, granite... Mellowed & really developed- smooth big wine... Great birthday wine!
