Day 1. Fresh and minty on the nose. On the concentrated palate there’s lemon and green apple too with lots of acidity but the medium+ body keeps it in check. Long and fantailing finish. While this is young, I find this delicious already. (93)
Day 3&4. The mintiness has gone but it’s more expressive overall. Love that finish! (94)
