This is AP #7. 10.5% abv, mainly Himmelreich fruit, and if I had to guess, 8 g/l acid and 15 RS. This is moon-pale. Delicate magnolia, lemon and pale honey and pear aromas and a fine line of bright acidity. The palate is a shade richer with some weight of coconut that's counterbalanced by the acid beautifully. This is writ with a very fine tip pen and the RS was judged very nicely. Dangerously easy to drink.

Reduction, petrol, citrus fruit. Zippy acidity on the palate balanced by some slight sweet flavor. Med- body, lemon zest and citrus. Med finish. Maybe a bit of phenolic bitterness on the finish? Undecided...

AP 07 23. Exclusively from parcels in the upper part of the Graacher Himmelreich. Absolutely lovely, gains precision on the second day. Very expressive, only off-dry, peach and cassis and citrus, green apple and smoke, mint and thyme, ripe but bright acidity, appetising bitters; salt and floral lift on the finish. Precise and elegant, not marked by the warm vintage at all. Delightful now with oxygen, will last a good 10 years.
