  Sunday hangout at Domaine (Chicago, IL): From magnum. Quite opulent and rich, but still relatively lean for the vintage -- I definitely expected something a little more rounded and sweet. But this definitely has the proper weight and heft of a proper Champagne. Just a bit of a shame with the racism.

  From a magnum. Simply outstanding. Creamy, concentrated yet crisp. Peaches, apples and citrus with almond biscotti scents and flavors. I've been liking Deutz, especially the Amour BdB and rosé, and Cuvée Wm. Deutz. I'd rank them with any prestige cuvée.

  Amarillo vivo con poca burbuja visible. Aroma intenso briox y pan calientes, flores blancas, ligeros frutos secos. Boca suave y muy elegante, carbónico escaso y pequeño, sensaciones ligeramente amargas. Final largo con notas de manzana.
