(Eric Texier Chateauneuf-du-Pape Blanc) Never really bin of fan of this genre of wine but if anybody can pull it off Eric Texier can. I know he has some special Bourbolenc that goes into this blend. In fact he bottled some on its own once and I tasted it with him. Mindboggling Bourbolenc it was
