  Opened one hour in advance. Aroma of flowers, honey and clover. Vibrant flavors of wet stone, apricot. Lingering finish has some bite and some subtle vanilla notes.
  
  At the one hour mark this is just starting to open up. Well balanced, subtle and complex flavors, pure drinking pleasure.
  
  I have no basis for comparison, but I suspect this is much more mellow and subtle than it was in its youth. I would be curious to try this again in a few years, but unfortunately this is my only bottle.
