For a "simple" Bourgogne Rouge it was quite pleasing and not overpriced (approw. 12 Euro) like so many wines from Domaine Ponsot. It was a bit fleshy and rather fruitful. More a modern style Pinot Noirl. It's concentration was fair. Surely a simple quality but not thin or somehow tasteless like many other comparable Bourgogne Rouges. Nice treat. I remember it was finished off in a jiffy. ;-) PS: The temperature indicator dot on the bottle didn't work at all. I heated the empty bottle up, but the spot remained white (see second photo). A nice idea anyway.
