The nose: Classic cabernet-nose. Blackberry, blackcurrant, plum mushroom, oak, vanilla and chocolate. And again there is this amazing seasalt feeling.
The palate: Same notes from the nose. Even though its made of 40% cabernet, 40% merlot, 10% syrah and 10% tempranillo it is cabernet forward. Dark berries with a combination of oak and chocolate. Jet again you have this little note of seasalt, in the taste. You can realli sense the wind on the vineyard as well.
Not much else to say. I had the 17' vintage a year ago, which was a amazing experience. My go to-wine from May to september

No decanting tasted over 3 hours
