  Expressive nose of quince, citrus and oak. Medium bodied, expressive palate. Serious acidity, apples, citrus and salt with good intensity. Reminds me a bit of the Saint-Véran from Guffens, but this is tighter right now. Impressive wine, interesting, unique.
