  • This is stefanos, so it will be under a different label and its fermented in wooden egg. And its from one plot. And so maybe in 2021, no actually, in 2021 it will come as a single vineyard. And actually, having tasted the other stuff this smells like it has some wood, even though its all old wood. Much interest here. Maybe not as compelling as the "regular" but I definitely missed the reason "why" on the conception of this wine.
