  Surprisingly faint on the nose. There are exotic fruits: guava or underripe passion fruit or kiwi. A little ammonia or something animalistic. Quartz.
  More pleasant on the palate with lemon juice, gooseberry, underripe apple and mango peel. Great tension with very high acidity.
