Lime notes with bottle devt complexity. Ditto palate with Alsatian stony structure. Medium weight and length. Drinking beautifully and should comfortably hold this over the next 3+ years. Alsace IMO makes the most food worthy Rieslings.

Has developed a sweet nose. Had I not previously tried it, I would have said it has a touch of residual sugar!!! Again, surprisingly sweet palate development, with still the excellent acid cut. Acid will carry it a long way. Where will the flavours go? I expect richness but not this sweetness as Alsatian Riesling ages. A good food wine. 25/2 Flavours have blended and unified. No sign of fraying. Very good structure.

Acid haus (Stanley Street Gallery, Sydney): Muted lime and apple, slight crushed rock. Dry, rich, juicy and spiced on the palate with a very slight reductive note.

Rizza and Bangers (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Slight lime, sulphur, earthy citrus, juicy, slight lime, very citric in fact. Perhaps a little short.

Very long and fine. Underdeveloped. Should age well. Needs 5 years.
