  지난번 테이스팅과 비슷했지만 좀 더 나은 모습. 일관성 없는 내 테이스팅이 다시 한번 빛을 발한다. 여전히 좋은 균형과 접근성을 보여주지만 신선한 과실 또한 나쁘지 않다. flabby하다기보다는 섬세한 쪽에 더 가까운 느낌. 힘찬 쥬브레 스타일은 아니지만 피노의 매력을 잘 보여준다.

  생각보다 접근성이 좋고 편하게 마실 수 있었다. 제브레의 특징인 leathery, rustic 모습이 잘 보인다. 하지만 과육이 좀 더 신선하게 다가왔으면 어떠했을까 싶다. 나에겐 좀 flabby한 느낌. 그래도 스테이크와 함께 했을 땐 더할 나위 없었다.
