Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 89 points

  • Colour: light gold, bright, clear.
Nose: full, fresh, ripe, good varietal but not obviously Chablis.
Taste: light body, rounded, young and crisp, good varietal fruit balancing acidity, long finish, v dry and mouthwatering yet ripe.
Overall, clearly young and rather obvious in a modern style. Up against their L'Homme Mort lieu-dit of Fourchaume 2021 (see separate note dated today). It shows. the latter is much more intense even if it does not have the ripeness of 2022.
