  During the Grands Jour de Bourgogne walkabout tasting. The Georges Lignier wines, made by current generation family member Benoit Stehly are always lighter and more tannic wines that need time. Make sure you don't open them too early. The 2022 showed today were also in this style with blue and red fruit, some stems and structure in need of bottle time. Do not open before 2030. I usually find their Clos St.Denis the most interesting wine, also today.
