Two hour double decant. Slightly hazy straw color. Gardenia, lemon meringue, macadamia, and tapioca. Dry, creamy, almost full bodied palate, with fine, long lingering acidity.
This was my first ‘22 from Aubert and things are looking very good. I rarely give this kind of score to a white wine and this is still improving. I’ll try to wait a year or more for the next bottle.
