W-S Friday Tasting (Auckland, NZ): Pale straw color. Medium intensity autolysis - baguette with green apple skins. Classic cremant structure. Medium intensity and coarse mousse, medium body, high minus acid, slight bitterness on the finish.

Really great citrus with a yeasty biscuit finish. Acid cut through food. Drank with fried seafood platter and it was fantastic.
Essence of green apple, a hint of yeast, this is gulpable. And we did. Great QPR.
Tangerines on nose, dry on the palate, finishes a little too yeasty/toasty for my tastes.
Champagne and Sparkling Wine Tasting (Marquis Wine Cellars): Citrus and toasty notes. Yeasty on the palate. Quite tart. Good.
