Seattle Tasting Group does California Cabernet (Sammamish, WA): Charcoal with a hint of chambord on the nose. Mmm, this has nice acidity with a lot of structure. Sort of Montelena-esque. This is still pretty juicy and wound up with some dark brooding notes and hints of cranberry.

Had with Thanksgiving meal and was a delight. Smooth, mature cab, still packing enough fruit and very well balanced. I've drank my way through a 6-pack that I bought upon release at the winery and this was one of the best bottles yet. I wouldn't think that it will get much better with more age, so if you've got a bottle, my advice is to drink up and enjoy.

Started out well but after an hour in the glass started to fall apart. Very little fruit and high acid. Oh well seems like I waited too long to drink my last bottle. But wait left overs on the second night have come to life and are very tasty.
