once again with Stacey, Diana and Shannon on a fun evening with friends. Served before dinner with a Spanish goat cheese, Olive Bread and assorted Olives. I have become a big fan of Sauvignon Blanc...never to sweet, never too dry. It's now my go to wine to serve chilled alone, with delicate fish and when I'm cooking. I've had this particular wine a number of times and it is worth it's $18ish price point, drinks more like a low $30's. A very nice example of a SB.

Good, with some nice citrus and grassy notes, but flabby in the acidity department.

Brought back from winery tasting in 2008, lighter color than some Sauv Blancs, crisp flavor, everyone liked it, would definitely repurchase at $18.
