(13% vol) Rich yellow colour; faint notes of apples on the nose along with marzipan and spice; there is a slight lemony note that plays nicely against the mineral/chalk on the finish. This is quite simply an interesting wine; I find it hard to categorise and I prefer to just enjoy it. This wine also held up VERY well to grilled pork chops, risotto, and a leek/apple salad (it seemed to show more sweetness along side of the meat).

Has a smell that reminds me of pumpkin pie... smells sweet but tastes dry with wonderful flavours and aromas of almond. A very interesting wine!
