  • A great surprise. Very floral on the nose, well balanced and a bit vanilla cherry cream tastig. Has enough backbone to last at least a few more years.

  • Balanced and interesting. Delicate fruit and floral nose followed by an almost creamy mid-palate and long finish. Fruity but not too sweet. White pepper on the finish. High wow-factor wine. A great surprise, obviously enjoyed.

  • Fantastic nose - black cherry, currant, mineral, and maybe a hint of cedar.

Incredibly smooth. The big pepper spice I recall from my last bottle is subtle enough I'd have missed it had I not remembered it from my last taste.

All in all a good enough wine, but about past it's prime.

  • I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into with this bottle. There wasn't much information or drinking notes that I could find. Very enjoyable! A little muted, probably due to it's age but with just a little bite at the end to remind me that this must have been even better a few years earlier. I served it for Greek Easter with lamb, roasted potatoes and by the time we got to the chocolate panna cotta cake there was enough "breath" left to keep the guests at full enjoyment. (23 views)
