  Opened and immediately decanted. Served within the half hour. In short, perfect. Reflects a zinfandel perfectly. No flaws. Some sediment. Dark color. Moderate rim variation. Soft nose. Low tannin. Low acid. Medium alcohol. Medium finish. Perfect pairing with grilled sausage and barbeque baby back ribs. In the 1.5L bottle this one's ready to enjoy!
